Required Documents and Important Notes:
- CTT (Macao Post and Telecommunications Bureau) will notify winners of redemption details via email;
- Winners must collect their prizes in person;
- Please present a valid identification document (Macao SAR Resident Identity Card or travel document) and the official email notification (either a printed copy or a screenshot);
- Prizes unclaimed within the specified period will be deemed forfeited. Authorization of others to collect on your behalf will not be accepted.
